By registering for or using the streaming services provided by Prime Tech TV (the “Service”), you (“you,” “your,” “Subscriber”) agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the “Terms”), the Privacy Policy, any other policies we post, and any subscription agreement you execute. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) and capable of entering a binding contract. By subscribing, you represent and warrant that you meet these criteria and that your registration and use comply with any applicable laws.
We offer multiple service tiers (Silver, Bronze, Gold.) as described on our website. You choose a plan, pay the applicable fee, and gain access to the channels, content, and features of that plan.
Subscription charges will recur automatically at the then-current interval (monthly) until you cancel. You authorize us to charge your chosen payment method for all subscription fees and applicable taxes or surcharges.
If you sign up for a free trial or promotional offer, only one trial per account is permitted unless otherwise stated. If you do not cancel before the trial period ends, you agree that billing will commence automatically.
We reserve the right to change subscription fees, plans or features at any time. If fees increase, we will provide at least 30 days’ notice wherever required by law.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting customer support. Removal of access may occur at the end of your current billing period. Refunds are subject to the terms of your plan and any promotion; unless otherwise stated, we do not issue pro-rated refunds.
Upon payment and subject to these Terms, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to access and view the Service for your personal, non-commercial use.
You shall not:
Copy, distribute, publicly perform, or make available the Service or content except as expressly permitted;
Share your login credentials or permit simultaneous use by others beyond the limits of your plan;
Use the Service for any commercial purpose or in any way that violates the law;
Interfere with or disrupt the Service, or attempt to reverse engineer or bypass technical protections.
You are responsible for any equipment (e.g., smart TV, decoder, set-top box) and for obtaining and maintaining any internet or data connection. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or compatibility with every device.
The Service is currently offered in specified regions (e.g., Guyana & Jamaica). Use outside of authorized regions may be restricted. We may alter availability of channels, content, or regions at our discretion.
If you post comments or use interactive features, you agree not to upload or transmit any content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, abusive, invasive of privacy, or infringing. We reserve the right to remove or refuse content and to terminate accounts for unacceptable conduct.
All content, branding, graphics, logos, software and materials provided in connection with the Service are owned or licensed by us or our content providers. Except for the limited license above, you acquire no rights in the Service or its materials.
The Service is provided “as-is,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted or secure, or that content will be available in perpetuity.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential damages, or loss of revenue, data or use. Our total aggregate liability under these Terms will not exceed the amounts you paid us in the prior 12 months (or such lesser amount as required by law).
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for any reason (including non-payment, breach of these Terms, or if required by law or content providers). If we terminate for cause, you may not be entitled to a refund. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (e.g., intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability) will remain in effect.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post a revised version on our website and indicate the date of last revision. If the changes are material, we will provide notice (via email). Your continued use of the Service after the change becomes effective is your acceptance of the modified Terms.
These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which our business is established (currently Guyana). Any dispute arising under or relating to these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts or arbitration forums of that jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by law.
You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign or transfer our rights and obligations.
We may provide notices to you by email or by posting on our website. You agree to receive notices electronically.
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force. Our waiver of any right or breach will not constitute a waiver of any other right or future breach.
These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and any applicable subscription agreement, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service, and supersede any prior agreements.
